History of the Kimble & Ellesborough Horticultural Society
KEHS has its roots in the mid-nineteenth century when the Velvet Lawn Association wa set up. In 1926 it changed its name to the Kimble Horticultural Association. Over time, with some stops and starts, it became the Kimble and Ellesborough Horticultural Society and the thriving society that it is today.
